Bernard Toro-Echague M.D.

Bernard Toro-Echague, MD has a diverse work experience. Bernard is currently serving as the Corporate Medical Director at Windsor Healthcare since September 2018. Bernard Toro-Echague, MD, obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in Internal Medicine from The Free University of Brussels. Bernard completed their education at the university, studying from 1976 to 1983.
