Sandra Matthews-Marsh MBE is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the tourism and education sectors. Currently serving as an Associate Tutor at Canterbury Christ Church University since November 2019, Sandra has also been involved as an Alumni with Windsor Leadership since 2015, participating in the Experienced Leaders Programme. As a member of the Women 1st Top 100 Club since June 2013, Sandra contributes to the advancement of female leaders in hospitality and related fields. Previously, Sandra held the position of Trustee at The Historic Dockyard Chatham until February 2022 and had a significant role as Chief Executive at Visit Kent and Go To Places. Additionally, Sandra's leadership experience includes acting as Managing Director at Leeds Castle and various marketing roles in different organizations, demonstrating a strong commitment to heritage, tourism, and community engagement. Sandra holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geography/Library Studies from Loughborough University.

This cross-sector exposure to different styles of leadership, combined with the quality and level of leaders attending our programme, is what makes us unique. We don't teach leadership - we create opportunities and the right peer-to-peer environment to explore and discover personal leadership styles. We focus on facilitated learning and challenging leaders to think about key elements of leadership at the heart of business and society today.
