Steve Holloway is an experienced leader in organizational development and coaching, currently serving as Chief Learning Officer at Stretch People Development Ltd since February 2012, where responsibilities include designing and delivering bespoke leadership interventions. In addition to this role, Steve is an Associate Professor at the University of Birmingham, contributing to the NHS Leadership Academy's Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Programme. Other significant roles include Lead Consultant at Cargyll, Associate positions at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, NHS Leadership Academy, Korn Ferry, Miad Healthcare, and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, focused on leadership development across various sectors. Steve's educational background includes an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School and a BEng in Electro-Mechanical Power Engineering from Loughborough University.
