Catharina Armstrong

Catharina Armstrong has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Catharina started their career in 2004 as a Resident Physician at Massachusetts General Hospital and continued their residency at Mass General Brigham until 2007. Following that, they completed an Infectious Disease Fellowship at BETH ISRAEL DEACONESS MEDICAL CENTER - WEST CAMPUS from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Newton-Wellesley Hospital as an Associate Director of Substance Use Services and Infectious Disease Staff. Alongside this role, they also worked as a Physician at Partners HealthCare. In 2013, they transitioned to Wellpath as an HIV Physician. In 2020, they became the Medical Director at Windsor Mountain International Summer Camp. Most recently, they served as the Chief Medical Officer at Halcyon Health from March 2021 to May 2022.

Catharina Armstrong earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of New Hampshire, which they attended from 1990 to 1995. Catharina then pursued a Doctor of Medicine degree at University College Dublin from 1998 to 2003. Later, from 2008 to 2012, they obtained a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on Public Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
