Grant Harris

Grant Harris has extensive experience in leadership within both religious and financial sectors. As the Lead Pastor of Windsor Park Baptist Church since October 2008, Grant directs efforts towards creating positive social impact through faith-based initiatives. In addition, Grant serves as Chair of the Board at Carey Baptist College, overseeing the institution's governance and strategic vision, and as Director/Chair of the Board for Baptist Retirement Trustee Limited, managing the governance of a superannuation scheme. Between March 2013 and March 2024, Grant also chaired the Board of Trustees for Sports Chaplaincy New Zealand, providing chaplaincy support to sporting organizations. Prior roles include Senior Pastor at Northpoint Baptist Church and Chaplain for the BNZ Breakers. Grant's professional background includes leadership roles in banking, highlighted by a 12-year tenure at Westpac Banking Group NZ. Grant holds a Bachelor of Theology from The University of Auckland and a Master of Ministry from the University of Otago.
