John Kostakos

John Kostakos is an experienced Program and Project Manager with a career spanning several decades in the technology and service industries. Currently, John manages projects at Windsor Solutions, focusing on innovative solutions for environmental and health challenges since May 2013. Prior work experience includes significant roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where John managed government-focused technology initiatives, and Saber, where notable projects were led for the States of Oregon and Washington. John's earlier tenure at Covansys involved managing software development for state pension and motor vehicle programs.
