Heather Collins

Heather Collins is the owner of Wildflower Bookkeeping Solutions LLC, specializing in virtual bookkeeping and financial management since September 2024. With extensive experience at Windstream since August 2010, Heather has held multiple roles including Digital Experience Consultant, where responsibilities include managing product roadmaps and enhancing partner experiences, as well as leading user acceptance testing and ongoing support. Previous positions at Windstream involved sales process improvement, project analysis, training, and customer account management. Heather also served as Head Cheerleading Coach at Banks Trail Middle School and held roles in sales consultation and corporate training at Southwood Realty and Hooters of America, respectively. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Winthrop University, obtained in 2009.
