Kristen Perry

Kristen Perry is a seasoned professional with experience in program management and corporate recruitment. Currently serving as the VP and Digital Teammate Experience Program Manager at Truist since August 2022, Kristen leads initiatives related to the Enterprise Onboarding Program. Prior to this role, a tenure at Bank of America from January 2018 to August 2022 included positions as Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Corporate Recruiting, as well as Executive Assistant. Kristen also held managerial roles in retail, including Sr. Assistant Store Manager at Under Armour and Store Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch. Kristen's academic background includes a degree in Musical Theatre from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, completed in 2014.
