Jake Villas

Jake Villas is an accomplished GTM Leader at Windsurf, serving the Central and East regions since May 2025. Previously, Jake held several key positions at Medallia from 2017 to 2025, including Regional Vice President for Enterprise Sales in the West, where leadership was provided to a team managing significant enterprise clients. Jake also served as Regional Director and Head of Sales and Solutions Consulting for Japan and Hong Kong, notably expanding the Japan team from one employee to twenty. Prior to Medallia, Jake was a Consulting Manager at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, specializing in growth strategies. Additional experience includes internships at Ernst & Young and UBS, as well as founding The Fortis Academy, which focuses on training athletes. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Accounting and Finance with a Minor in Economics from Bethel University and studies at Bayes Business School and Jerusalem University College.
