Pavan Chitta

Pavan Chitta is a Software Engineer currently employed at Windsurf since November 2023. Previously, Pavan held roles at Nuro, including Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Software Engineer in Autonomy, with a tenure spanning from August 2021 to October 2023. Earlier experience includes an internship at Apple within the Siri Advanced Development Group, and positions at various organizations such as Facebook, IBM, and Virtualitics, focusing on software engineering and machine learning. Pavan also contributed as a Teaching Assistant for a machine learning course and conducted research at Caltech. In addition, Pavan founded "Bee My Guide," a mobile application aimed at assisting the visually impaired. Pavan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Caltech and completed the International Baccalaureate program at Greenwood High International School.
