Manuela Giusti has over twenty years of experience in human resources, following an initial entry into finance. They have held various roles, with significant contributions to organizational transformation and human capital management at Wind Tre, particularly in developing compensation strategies and implementing an ESG plan. Currently serving as the People Relations & Compensation Director at Wind Tre, Manuela focuses on ensuring equitable compensation and fostering a sustainable workplace culture. They hold multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Master in Executive HR Management, and have participated in the Women in Leadership program at London Business School.
