In the world of high-stakes engineering, there is no substitute for the raw, empirical data of a physical wind tunnel. WindTunnel NL is your partner for high-precision aerodynamic testing, providing the definitive answers that complex designs demand.

Based in the Netherlands, our state-of-the-art facility is engineered to bridge the gap between design and real-world performance. Whether you are optimizing a skyscraper’s facade, refining elite sports equipment, or testing the stability of a new UAV, our wind tunnel delivers the accurate, reliable, and actionable data you need to move forward with confidence.

Our Facility & Capabilities:
We have designed our facility with a focus on scale, versatility, and speed. Our 3m x 2m test section is optimized to handle a diverse range of applications, including:

• Pedestrian Wind Comfort: Ensuring safety and usability in urban environments.

• Structural Wind Loads: Assessing building facade and roof pressures for material optimization and safety.

• Air Pollution Dispersion: Mapping airflow and emission movement through complex urban canyons.

• Elite Sports Aerodynamics: Enhancing performance for cycling, speed skating, and beyond.

• UAV & Drone Testing: Validating flight stability and efficiency in controlled conditions.

Accelerating Your Development Cycle:
We understand that your project timeline is critical. That is why we have integrated a dedicated, in-house Rapid Prototyping Center into our facility. Our full-scale 3D printing farm allows us to manufacture test models with precision and speed, drastically reducing your iteration cycles.

By combining cutting-edge physical testing with high-speed model production, we ensure your design reaches the finish line faster.

Fully Operational: July 2026.
