Currently serving as President at Windward Engineers & Consultants since October 2024 and Vice President of the MEP Division at Ayres Associates since August 2021, Sandoval played a pivotal role in the merger of Gausman & Moore with Ayres, resulting in a firm of approximately 350 professionals across multiple states. Previously, as President and CEO of Gausman & Moore Associates, Inc., Sandoval led a multi-discipline engineering consulting group, significantly impacting various communities. Other notable positions include Managing Principal at Stantec and Vice President at Environmental Quality Management, Inc., where Sandoval directed national engineering divisions. Sandoval began their engineering career at Public Service Company of New Mexico after earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of New Mexico.
