Windward Purchasing was formed & set up in early 2017 due to the expanding hotel portfolio within its Management Company. With an initial base of 5 hotels and additional hotels in the pipeline it was evident that procurement within the operation could be enhanced. Windward Purchasing proceeded with the main goal of procuring the right products at the right price.
Headed up by Director of Procurement, Niall Kelly with over 30 years of hotel and hospitality procurement experience, Windward Purchasing is one of the fastest growing companies within the hospitality procurement sector, with a buying power of over €150 MEUR per annum and servicing over 40 hotels nationwide.
