Yael Afriat is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and organizational behavior. Currently serving as HR Director and previously as HR Business Partner at Windward since April 2018, Yael is instrumental in advancing marine vertical AI technology. Prior experience includes a significant role as Talent Recruiter at Nisha Group from October 2012 to April 2018, focusing on the high-tech sector and leading recruiting efforts in Beer Sheva.
