Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Windy City Cannabis since November 2020, Perrine has previously held significant roles including Real Estate Broker at Baird & Warner since July 2011, and Chief Administrative Officer at both Greenhouse Group, LLC and Grassroots Cannabis from January 2016 to November 2020, focusing on project management for retail dispensaries and cultivation facilities. Additional experience includes serving as VP Operations at a private equity firm and VP at Merrill Lynch, along with earlier roles in compliance and credit coordination. Perrine's educational background includes studies at John Carroll University.

Windy City Cannabis is comprised of 4 of the 60 licensed medical cannabis dispensaries in Illinois, serving the communities in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago.
