Dave Cotteleer

Dave Cotteleer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dave currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Windy City Motorcycle Company since December 2022. Prior to this, they were the President of Phoenix Investments Partners, Inc. from September 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Phoenix Investments Partners, Inc., Dave worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company for several years. Dave held various leadership positions, including Vice President - North America Sales, Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO), Senior Director - International Sales, and Director - Indirect Procurement. During their tenure, they achieved significant accomplishments such as delivering growth in sales and profitability, generating $250 million in cost savings and labor productivity, and exceeding annual savings targets.

Dave also gained experience at Sara Lee, where they served as the VP of Procurement. Dave was responsible for sourcing and supplier management, achieving cost savings, and designing new organizations. Additionally, they worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company earlier in their career, holding roles such as Category Manager - Development Purchasing, Manager - Velocity Center Operations, Manager - Materials Planning & Control, and Information Technology Project Manager.

Dave began their career as an Internal Auditor at Northern Trust in 1987.

Dave Cotteleer earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University between 1983 and 1987. Dave then pursued a Master of Science in Industrial Administration (MSIA) from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, completing it from 1995 to 1997.
