Evan Blair has worked in a variety of roles and companies throughout their career. In 2007, they began as a Sales Associate at Ashburn Ice House, where they worked until 2013. After that, they interned as a Marketing Intern at Christiansburg Aquatic Center for a few months. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they excelled in customer service and developed relationships with local businesses. In 2015, they became a Sales Development Representative at Deltek, supporting multiple sales teams and generating leads. In 2016, Evan worked as an Off-Premise Sales Representative at Beaute Agency Inc for a short period, followed by a role as an Account Manager at Global Wines Distribution - Virginia, where they promoted a wide portfolio of wines, conducted tastings, and prospect new businesses. Evan then joined TheIncLab in 2017 as an Account Manager, working with a multidisciplinary team to create interactive solutions. In 2018, Evan worked at Taradel LLC as an Account Manager, specializing in affordable marketing solutions. Finally, in the same year, they joined Wine & Beer Supply, LLC as an Account Manager.

Evan Blair attended Radford University's College of Business and Economics from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing.
