John Burke currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience & Technology at Wine Enthusiast, where responsibilities include overseeing the Technology and Customer Experience departments as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to this role, John held various positions at JetBlue, culminating as the General Manager of Loyalty Operations, where leadership encompassed customer marketing and loyalty strategies. John's experience includes spearheading JetBlue's Customer Data Platform and managing significant transformation projects. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management & Technology from Syracuse University, an M.B.A. from Dowling College, and recently completed a Customer Experience Certificate Program at Ithaca College.
