Liz Mott

Vice President, Events at M. Shanken Communications

Liz Mott has a diverse work experience in the events and marketing field. Liz began their career as an Assistant Sommelier at Crabtree's Kittle House Restaurant and Inn in October 2011 before moving on to work as a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator at Sherry-Lehmann Wines & Spirits, Inc from November 2011 to January 2015. In 2015, Liz joined M. Shanken Communications and held various roles, including Advertising Event Manager from February 2015 to March 2017, Event Marketing Manager from March 2017 to January 2019, Senior Events Director from January 2019 to January 2021, and most recently, Vice President of Events from January 2021 onwards.

Liz Mott has a Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude in Sociology from The College of Wooster. Liz is also Wine & Spirit Education Trust Certified from The International Wine Center of New York. Liz has studied migration and identity in a cross-cultural context at DIS - Study Abroad. Additionally, they hold a High School Diploma from The Masters School. Liz has obtained a WSET Level 3 with Distinction certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in May 2013.
