Rob McClaire

Rob McClaire has diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rob started their career as a Lifeguard at California State Parks from 1995 to 2005. Rob then worked as a Manager at Montage Hotels & Resorts from 2003 to 2009, where they focused on guest satisfaction, scheduling, and training.

From 2009 to 2014, Rob held various management positions at NickCo Hospitality Group, including Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and Senior General Manager. Rob played a key role in developing concepts, maintaining quality, and developing future leaders within the company.

Rob then became the Regional Manager at SOL Mexican Cocina from 2014 to 2018. Rob oversaw multiple locations, managed revenue targets, implemented training programs, and handled various operational aspects of the business.

In 2018, Rob served as the Chief Operating Officer at Laguna Beach Beer Company. Rob was responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including construction management, vendor relations, HR policies, and day-to-day operations.

In 2019, Rob worked as a Territory Sales Representative at Wine Warehouse California before transitioning to a Principal Consultant role at RHM Solutions. As a consultant, they provided comprehensive solutions and consulting services to bars and restaurants.

Rob's most recent role was as an Operations Manager at Salt Creek Grille from 2020 to 2021. Rob played a crucial role in supporting the reopening and restoration of the restaurant after the pandemic lockdown and a structure fire.

Currently, Rob is employed as an On Premise Sales Representative at Breakthru Beverage Group, starting in 2023.

Rob McClaire has a varied education history. From 1997 to 2000, they attended Orange Coast College where they pursued studies in Business and Photography, although it's unclear if they obtained a degree. Following that, they attended Santa Ana College from 2002 to 2004 and earned an AA degree in Fire Technology. In 2004, they briefly attended Saddleback College to take Paramedic Prep Classes.
