Rob McClaire has diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rob started their career as a Lifeguard at California State Parks from 1995 to 2005. Rob then worked as a Manager at Montage Hotels & Resorts from 2003 to 2009, where they focused on guest satisfaction, scheduling, and training.

From 2009 to 2014, Rob held various management positions at NickCo Hospitality Group, including Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and Senior General Manager. Rob played a key role in developing concepts, maintaining quality, and developing future leaders within the company.
