Charles Babcock

Charles Babcock has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in operations and supply chain management. Charles is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at WineDirect since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Sr Director of Operational Excellence at WineDirect starting from July 2022. Before joining WineDirect, they worked at Keefe Group as the Director of Operations from December 2019 to July 2022. Charles also has experience working at PepsiCo from July 2016 to December 2019 as a Supply Chain Operations Manager. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Plant Manager at Graphic Packaging International from July 2009 to March 2016, and General Manager at Multicorr from June 2007 to November 2008. Charles also served as a Plant Manager at Altivity Packaging/Smurfit Stone from September 2004 to June 2007. Charles started their professional career at Smurfit Stone, where they worked as a General Manager from July 1997 to June 2003 and as a Production Manager from January 1995 to July 1997. Prior to their career in the private sector, Charles served as a Naval Flight Officer in the U.S. Navy from May 1988 to January 1995.

Charles Babcock completed their education at three different universities in the following order:

- From 1984 to 1988, they attended Miami University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering.

- In 1995 and 1996, they pursued a Master's degree in Executive MBA at Jacksonville University.

- Lastly, in 2007 and 2008, they attended Kent State University to study Six Sigma Master Black Belt, though it is unspecified if they obtained a degree in this field.
