Joshua Gallerick has extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Plant Operations Manager at Winegard Company since January 2006, where responsibilities include strategic direction and resource planning for value streams, as well as overseeing daily operations and continuous improvements. Prior to this role, Joshua held positions as Lead Coatings Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and Value Stream Manager at Winegard Company, in addition to serving as Technical Operations Engineer at both Celestica and Motorola Solutions. Joshua earned a Master of Business Administration in Quality Management from Upper Iowa University between 2012 and 2014.
