The leadership team at Winerist has a history of working in various industries including project management, communications, marketing, and ecommerce. They have also held positions at companies such as Infinity Labz LTD, RJ McLeod (Contractors) Limited, Chemonics International, National Erasmus+ Office in Moldova, USAID, charity: water, BlackRock, INDIGO22 LTD, Hiscox, Virgin Media, and Burger King Corporation. In terms of education, the team members have degrees from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, Cranfield School of Management, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and The University of Edinburgh.
