Mark G.

Mark G. has over 15 years of work experience in software development and engineering. Mark began their career in 2003 as a Senior Software Engineer at Motorola Mobile Devices, where they were the software lead and architect on multiple cell phone prototypes. In 2007, they moved to Nico Trading as a Software Engineer, building high reliability, high performance client/server applications. In 2008, they were a Senior Software Developer at APICS, designing and developing order management and processing software. From 2011 to 2012, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Winestyr, managing a small team of one designer and two developers, and architecting and rebuilding a custom wine e-commerce site/marketplace in only five weeks. Most recently, they have been the Software Engineering Manager at MBX Systems since 2013, where they are a member of the senior leadership team that defines the 2+ year corporate strategy and has launched Hatch, the new manufacturing program management software, which helped drive 32% revenue growth in 2018.

Mark G. received their Masters of Science in Software Engineering from DePaul University between 2004 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Toledo between 1999 and 2003.
