Janci Ramirez has work experience in various roles at different companies. At Wichita State University, they worked as a KMIC trainer, TAP Success Coach/Mentor, and Adjunct Instructor starting from 2016. Janci Ramirez has an extensive education history. In 2004, they attended Cowley College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Following this, they enrolled at Wichita State University from 2006 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Janci continued their education at Wichita State University from 2009 to 2012, completing a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In 2013, they pursued further specialization by obtaining a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from the same institution, where they studied until 2015. Recently, in 2018 and 2019, Janci attended Wichita State University again, this time in their Building Level Leadership Master's Program, focusing on Educational Leadership and Administration.
