EDHEC Women in Finance (WinFin) is a student-led association at EDHEC Business School that aspires to promote personal and professional growth for women in the financial sector. Founded in 2019 by five finance enthusiasts who wanted to make an impact in the industry by advocating for gender equality and inclusion, the WinFin team now consists of 14 core members from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Our founding principles are built on a long-lasting commitment to women’s empowerment and develop a strong network for future professionals in Finance.
