Rhyne Chang

Rhyne Chang is a Technical Development Engineer at Win Semiconductors Corp. since January 2020, with prior experience as a Senior RD Engineer at LuxNet Corp. focusing on High Speed Edge Emitting Lasers from November 2018 to December 2019, and at EPISTAR working on GaAs-based LEDs from November 2015 to October 2018. Rhyne Chang holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electronic Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, completed in 2015, and a Master's degree in the same field from the same institution, obtained in 2011.
