Toeng Sophary

Toeng Sophary is an experienced IT Project Manager currently working at Wing since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Section Head of the Project Management Office at Vattanac Bank from July 2022 to May 2023 and holding roles as Head of Products and Web Developer at Bill24 Co., Ltd. from March 2018 to June 2022. Toeng began a career in software development at Rotati, followed by teaching positions in computer science and English. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Management, a Bachelor of Computer Science from the Royal University of Phnom Penh, and a Bachelor of English Literature from the Institute of New Khmer, along with an exchange program at Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
