Matthew Julien

Matthew Julien is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in both flight operations and instructional roles. Currently serving as a Captain at Wing Aviation since June 2019, Matthew also acts as the CEO of Predestined for Flight, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals pursuing careers in aviation through affordable training solutions. As the Founder and CEO of MCJ Aviation since November 2012, Matthew has maintained a 100% pass rate for all students in flight and ground instruction. Previous positions include First Officer roles at Flexjet and Envoy Air, and Chief Pilot at Texas Southern University, where Matthew contributed to the development of the FAR 141 Training Course Outline. With a background that includes certifications as a Certified Flight Instructor and a degree in Aviation Management from Texas Southern University, Matthew has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing the aviation industry.
