Tracey Fugami serves as the Associate Director of Wellness and Culture at the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience, focusing on enhancing workplace engagement and performance through professional relationships and wellness initiatives. Concurrently, Tracey holds the position of Human Resources and DEI Manager at Washington Sea Grant, overseeing talent management and promoting an equitable workplace for a staff of 35-45. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at the YMCA of Greater Seattle and Asian Counseling and Referral Service, where responsibilities encompassed employee strategies, labor relations, and diversity initiatives. Experience as an HR Strategic Partner at Providence Health & Services and HR Business Partner at Quorum Review highlights a strong background in aligning HR with business needs. Educational qualifications include an MA in Non-Profit Arts Administration from New York University, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Washington, and a BFA in Printmaking and Drawing from Cornish College of the Arts.
