David Halbouty

David Halbouty is an experienced GIS professional with a strong background in managing GIS teams and cross-departmental interactions, currently serving as GIS Manager and Data Architect at Wing Resources, LLC since October 2016. Previously, David held positions including GIS Coordinator at MATRIX Resources, GIS Manager at Energy & Exploration Partners, and GIS Contractor at Quicksilver Resources.
