Phillip Ream

Phillip Ream, Jr. currently serves as Senior Landman of Business Development at Wing Resources, LLC, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Phillip was a Mineral Advisor at Rising Phoenix Royalties from December 2021 to February 2023 and served as Acquisitions Manager at Mercador Energy, LLC from July 2016 to December 2021. Early in the career, Phillip worked as a Landman at Novus Land Services and Orange Energy Corporation, as well as a Contract Landman at Black Oak Land Management. Phillip's experience began as a Landman Intern at Black Mountain Exploration in 2013. In addition to landman roles, Phillip was Technician at Kilgore Mechanical in 2011, overseeing parts inventory and assisting engineers. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University, completed between 2010 and 2012.
