Albert Chew

Albert Chew has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Albert is currently the Chief Operating Officer, Retail at Wing Tai Holdings Limited since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at UNIQLO for over 12 years as the Chief Executive Officer, where they managed 27 stores and an e-commerce website, led all functions of the organization, and formulated business strategies. Before UNIQLO, they were a Senior Manager at Wing Tai Retail Management Pte Ltd, where they led a team of accountants and supported the Retail Executive Director in business development. Albert also has experience as an Accountant at Giordano Original and McDonald's Singapore, where they handled tax-related matters. During their tenure at McDonald's, they completed a tax filing backlog of 3 years within the deadline. Albert started their career as an Accountant at SATS Ltd. in 1995.

Albert Chew completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Retailing and Retail Operations from the University of Stirling between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they pursued accounting studies at ACCA from 1992 to 1995.
