Hilary Strain is Wing’s Chief Financial Officer. She has been in the venture capital industry for over 20 years. She was previously with Alta Partners from 1998 to 2013 as Alta’s Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for all finance, accounting, investor relations, compliance, and firm administration.
Prior to Alta, Hilary was a manager with Arthur Andersen’s Silicon Valley office, providing audit and business advisory services to public and private companies primarily in the high-technology sector.
Hilary served as a Founding Board Member of the West Coast Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association and is currently a member of the National Venture Capital Association CFO Task Force.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Magna Cum Laude from Pepperdine University.
