Mark Blanks

Mark Blanks is currently the Head of Global Flight Operations, Standards, and Regulatory Affairs at Wing, where they focus on scaling drone delivery technology. With a lifelong passion for aviation, Mark started flying at age 15 and has since engaged in various roles, including Interim Director of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program at Middle Tennessee State University and UAS Program Manager at Kansas State University. They served on the Board of Directors for AUVSI and held leadership positions at ASTM International, chairing the F38 Committee on Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Mark's academic background includes a Master of Science in Aviation Systems from the University of Tennessee Space Institute and a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
