Kelly Young, Regional Vice President, oversees Wingate’s Southeast portfolio, which consists of over 2500 units with both market-rate and affordable properties in Florida and Georgia. Kelly plays a key role in the repositioning of the Southeast region and in the redevelopment efforts at Bedford Pines. Her expertise includes stabilizing assets, implementation of large-scale capital projects, increasing revenue while minimizing expenses, mitigating liability and risks, and team development.
