Matthew Lamoureux

Matthew Lamoureux, CAPS, currently serves as Regional Property Manager for Wingate Companies since January 2022, after previously holding the title of Senior Property Manager II at WinnCompanies. Prior experience at The Dolben Company, Inc. included managing a portfolio of six mixed-use properties totaling over 400 units, as well as working as Assistant Property Manager overseeing 260 residential units across 22 buildings. Matthew's career began with an internship at Merrill Lynch, assisting a financial advisor. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in 2012.
