Phil Neale

Phil Neale is a Senior Estimating Engineer at Wingate Electrical Plc since November 2013, responsible for managing tenders, conducting pre and post tender meetings, and maintaining the estimating database while expanding the client base. Previously, Phil served as a Senior Estimator at W&L Installations Ltd from March 2006 to November 2013 and worked as a Project Manager at FCS Ductwork Ltd from August 1999 to February 2006. Phil's educational background includes attendance at Westminster City Grammar School from 1959 to 1964.
