Nicholas Aguilera has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Nicholas started their career at New York Realty as a Real Estate Agent, where they gained knowledge in leasing and selling apartments. Nicholas then interned at Five Mile Capital, where they learned about securitizing loans and worked on creating a model for projecting returns. Nicholas continued their finance journey as a Summer Analyst at Fortress Investment Group, where they worked on special projects targeting distressed assets and gained expertise in excel modeling and valuation techniques. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Acquisitions and Senior Financial Analyst at Wingate Healthcare.
Nicholas Aguilera attended Bentley University from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance.
