Vincent - Messina

Vincent Messina is an accomplished culinary and hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and dining services. Currently serving as Executive Director at Wingate Healthcare since May 2016, Vincent also holds the role of Campus Director of Food & Dining Services and Executive Chef. Previously, Vincent owned and operated Gianfranco's Ristorante & Bar from 2005 to September 2018, overseeing all aspects of restaurant management, including menu design, customer relations, and financial forecasting. Vincent's career also includes a significant tenure at EPOCH Senior Living as Campus Director of Food & Dining from September 2003 to May 2016, where responsibilities encompassed staff development, event planning for large groups, and compliance with operational guidelines. Vincent holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University.
