Angelika Frömel

Angelika Frömel has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. Angelika worked at WinGD - Winterthur Gas & Diesel as a Customer Support Manager, where they were responsible for supporting customers and coordinating with internal teams and service partners. Prior to that, they held the role of Project Portfolio Manager at WinGD, where they managed program and project managers and implemented best practices for project management.

Before joining WinGD, Angelika worked at Winterthur Gas & Diesel as a Team Leader for Project Portfolio and Configuration Management, where they were involved in managing projects and ensuring operational and financial goals were met.

Earlier in their career, Angelika worked as a Project Controller at Wärtsilä/ Winterthur Gas & Diesel, where they handled project finances and budgets. Angelika also served as a Project Manager, Sales Support, and Application Engineer at Wärtsilä, gaining experience in various roles related to project management and customer support.

Angelika began their career as an intern at Wärtsilä.

Angelika Frömel attended FH-Flensburg from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Diplom Ingenieur Schiffsbetrieb und Diplom Ingenieur Schiffsbetriebstechnik degree. In 1998, they briefly studied Maritime Studies at MIT Auckland. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they pursued a degree in Schiffsmechaniker at Hapag-Lloyd. Additionally, Angelika Frömel obtained a certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2011.
