Besmir Sejdijaj has a diverse work experience history. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Research Intern at SRON Netherlands Institute for Space Research. Later that year, they became a Systems Engineer at SpaceSociety and also took on the role of Co-Founder and Treasurer for the organization. In 2019, they joined the Mechanical & Electrical Team at DanSTAR and simultaneously started working on their BSc Thesis at the University of Twente, focusing on high precision humidity control. After completing their thesis, Besmir was offered the opportunity to turn their research into a real product utilized by the university's research department. In 2021, they became an R&D Engineer (Intern) at Sensirion, followed by a role as a Test Engineer in the Engine Laboratory at WinGD - Winterthur Gas & Diesel in 2022.

Besmir Sejdijaj began their education journey in 2009 at Ludger College, where they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates in VWO NT/NG. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a Honours BSc degree in University College Twente (ATLAS) at the University of Twente from 2015 to 2019.

In 2018, Besmir pursued a Minor degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. Besmir continued to expand their knowledge and experience by participating in a Graduate Exchange Program in Mechanical Engineering at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology from 2019 to 2021.

Besmir's dedication to learning led him to the DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they pursued an MSc degree in Electrical Engineering from 2019 to 2022. This demonstrates their commitment to acquiring expertise in their chosen field.
