Frédérique Timan-Thuis

Frédérique Timan-Thuis is a seasoned Trademark & Design Attorney, currently serving as the Manager of the Utrecht Office at Winger since April 2023. With extensive experience in intellectual property law, Frédérique has a proven track record in managing and advising on IP portfolios for various clients, including notable brands such as AeroSleep, BOB, and Lotus Bakeries. Previous roles include serving as a Trademark & Design Attorney at Brantsandpatents and Novagraaf, as well as in-house IP legal counsel for Anheuser-Busch InBev. Frédérique holds a Master of Laws in (European) Information, Media, and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Amsterdam, a Bachelor of Laws in Private Law from Utrecht University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business & Languages from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
