Derek Anderson

Derek Anderson is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in litigation and legal representation. Currently serving as the managing partner of the Colorado office at Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP since October 2015, Derek previously founded Anderson & Associates, LLC, where the firm specialized in securities, commercial, and professional liability litigation from July 2013 to September 2015. Prior to that, Derek was a partner at Michaels Ward & Rabinovitz from February 2001 to June 2013, representing various financial institutions and professionals in numerous cases, including SEC and employment disputes. Derek holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Washington University in St. Louis (1991-1994) and an AB in Economics and Psychology from Duke University (1987-1991).
