Heather Herrick

Heather Herrick possesses extensive experience in customer service and sales, primarily in the hospitality industry. Since December 2013, Heather has been working at Ker's WingHouse as both a bartender and waitress, consistently enhancing customer satisfaction while maintaining the establishment's cleanliness. From April 2021 to January 2024, Heather served as a personal and administrative assistant at Vivint, where organizational skills were utilized effectively. Additionally, Heather worked as a bartender at Twin Peaks Restaurants from December 2021 to April 2023 and gained retail experience as a sales associate at Stetson Flower and Wedding Boutique from November 2012 to September 2013, dealing with flower arrangements and dress sales. Heather holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Daytona State College, with additional studies at the University of Central Florida.
