Bettina Xue Griffin

Bettina Xue Griffin currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Solutions at Wingmate since May 2023 and works as a Leadership Coach at Lead with Purpose Consulting since January 2022. Previously, Bettina held positions as a Senior Legal Associate and Innovation Lead at Blue J from June 2019 to December 2022, as well as a Commercial Litigation Associate at Chitiz Pathak LLP from October 2017 to May 2019. Early career roles include Student at Law and Summer Law Student at McMillan LLP, a Program Coordinator for the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Youth Summer Program, and a Teaching Assistant at The University of Hong Kong. Bettina holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, a certification in Positive and Humanistic Psychology from the Center for Human Potential, and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in business and legal studies from the University of Waterloo.
