Previously, Dan held the position of Marketing & Communications Manager at Fransmart, aiding in the growth of emerging restaurant brands. Other significant roles include Marketing Manager at Gardner Business Media and Data Acquisition Manager at DataRole, showcasing expertise in data-driven marketing and customer engagement. Dan's career began in customer service and adjusting roles at American Modern Insurance Group, followed by leadership positions in community settings and contributions as a staff writer. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Communication from Denison University.
