Kaitlin Gligo

Kaitlin Gligo is an accomplished program and operations manager with extensive experience in overseeing projects and improving operational efficiency. Currently serving as Program Manager and Business Operations Manager at Wings&Arrow, LLC since January 2022, Kaitlin directs high-priority projects and manages program management teams. Previously, Kaitlin held roles such as Operations Manager at Ashland Hard Seltzer and Project Manager at Nan McKay and Associates, where responsibilities included developing budgets, managing training teams, and overseeing customer service initiatives. Early career experiences include public health roles and volunteer positions focused on tobacco education and community advocacy. Kaitlin earned a Master's degree in Public Health from Touro University California and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from Saint Mary's College of California.
