Norel Covaci

Norel Covaci is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the food production sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Wing's Food Products since January 2021, Norel previously held the position of Senior Project Manager, Engineering at Sofina Foods Inc. from November 2019 to January 2021. Prior roles included Canadian Project Engineering Manager, Maintenance Engineering Manager, and Project Engineer at Ventura Foods from February 2016 to November 2019, as well as various engineering roles at Wing's Food Products between February 2010 and February 2016. Norel also served as Maintenance Manager at Benevito Foods Inc. and AFC Group Inc. from February 2005 to February 2010.
